1. What are the minimal computer system requirements?

Actual requirements will vary based on your system configuration and the applications and features you choose to install, but for the most part these support our software successfully.

Macintosh
- 500 MHz Power PC G3 or faster Macintosh computer
- At least 256 Mb of RAM
- 500 Mb HD free space
- Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher resolution video adapter and monitor
- CD-ROM drive
- Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later
- Quick Time 7.0.3 or higher

Windows
- 1 GHz Intel Pentium class or better processor
- At least 256 Mb of RAM
- 500 Mb HD free space
- Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher resolution video adapter and monitor
- CD-ROM drive
- Windows 2000 or XP
- Quick Time 7.0.3 or higher

 

2. Why do I have to install QuickTime?

Our templates require QuickTime. QuickTime is an Apple product and can be downloaded free at this website:

3. What media formats do the templates support?

Our templates offer extensive media support for text, sound, movies, streaming audio and video, QuickTime VR including Flash, .mov, .avi, and hundreds of additional formats. Contact us if you would like to verify utilization of your media format.
